Khoo Boon Hui

Senior Advisor

 

Khoo Boon Hui was the Singapore Police Commissioner from 1997 to 2010 and INTERPOL President from 2008 to 2012.

 

Following his retirement from the Ministry of Home Affairs as its Senior Deputy Secretary in 2015, Boon Hui has continued to contribute to public service as a Senior Fellow at Singapore’s Civil Service College, a position he holds to this day. He is also an advisor of the Home Team Academy and an Honorary Fellow of St John’s College, Oxford. 

Boon Hui holds board and advisory positions in sectors including financial services, consultancy, security, and philanthropy. Boon Hui also serves on the Certis CISCO Board, National Cybersecurity R&D Programme International, Cyberpeace Institute, Palo Alto Networks, Ensign Infosecurity, Altana AI, Resaro, InfoCepts, NTT Data Singapore, Arqit and Deloitte (SEA) Advisory Panels. He was educated at Oxford, Harvard, and Wharton.

Jennifer Teng

Managing Director

 

Jennifer has extensive experience in government and political development across Southeast Asia, supported by a robust network of contacts and capabilities in the region. Professionally, she specializes in business investigations and corporate intelligence gathering, having conducted complex cross-border assignments, including comprehensive asset searches in Asia and internationally.

Jennifer worked at an American business investigation firm, where she managed a diverse team on projects for high-net-worth families, diversified conglomerates, multinational corporations, law firms, and audit firms. Prior to that, she served as a research analyst at the Singapore Ministry of Defense.

 

Jennifer is professionally fluent in English-, Chinese-, Indonesian- and Malay languages.

Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Southeast Asian studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore. ​

Mervyn Lee

Director​

 

Transitioning from a distinguished career in public service, Mervyn brings a rare and valuable perspective to the world of corporate intelligence. His ability to lead complex investigations and formulate strategic policy was honed over a decade in national security and law enforcement.

​

At the forefront of his experience is a proven track record directing investigations into a wide range of financial crimes, from fraud to corporate misconduct. This background in evidence gathering and coordinating with prosecuting agencies gives him a distinct edge in due diligence. More recently, his leadership in national security operations required sophisticated stakeholder engagement and the strategic management of complex, high-stakes initiatives.

Mervyn holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance, from Singapore Management University.

Ryan Teo

Deputy Director​

 

Ryan has a decade of experience in law enforcement with specialised expertise in national security. He possesses in-depth knowledge of current affairs, with focus on socio-political developments impactful to Singapore. He has proven expertise in conducting research and analysis in security and risk-related matters.

Ryan worked at the Ministry of Home Affairs, specializing in field investigations and producing in-depth reports on threat assessments. He has also planned and led operations of significant scale and complexity.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Crisis Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is also certified as a Risk Management Champion, equipping organizations with strategies to mitigate risks at the source by overseeing risk management processes.
